Milk adulteration: FDA to inspect 13 dairy companies across Maharashtra

On October 17, surprise checks were conducted by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on milk tankers entering Mumbai. On the five toll nakas, which are crucial entry points to the city, namely Vashi, Airoli, Dahisar, LBS and Mulund, investigations were done on 227 tankers.
