The Nationalist Congress Party leader and leader of opposition Dhanajay Munde has alleged that staff working in Mantralaya had fallen sick due to consuming polluted water
Munde raised this issue in the legislative assembly on Friday, June 21.
While replying to this, Public Works Department Minister Chandrakant Patil said, “We have received a few complaints. The polluted was has been found only on one corner. BMC supplies water to Mantralaya, and the water tanks are cleaned from time to time. But this is a serious issue and a thorough inquiry will be conducted.”
