For a politician, fitness during the election campaign plays a very important role. The day-in and the day-out campaign trail, meeting with voters, chat and strategy discussion with party workers requires a lot of stamina and physical fitness and can take a toll on the best of us.
Almost an entire day is spent while campaigning from morning till the wee hours of the night. It is not only a crucial time for them politically, but also holistically. As they have to ensure that this gruelling routine does not affect their health.
