Veteran actor Rita Bhaduri died late on Monday night after fighting a kidney related ailment for many days; she was 62. The late actor died at Sujay Hospital in suburban Juhu, Mumbai where she was admitted for last to weeks
Bhaduri had been admitted in the Intensive Care Unit of Sujay Hospital in Mumbai for the past 10 days.
In a career spanning more than three decades, Bhaduri acted in more than 70 films and 30 television shows. She was last seen as Imarti Devi in Star Bharat’s TV show Nimki Mukhiya. Her most notable films include Julie Sawan Ko Aane Do, Beta and Raja.
While speaking to My Medical Mantra, Sujay Hospital administration informed, “Rita Bhaduri was suffering from a Kidney ailment. She died on Tuesday due to kidney failure. We have handed over her body to the relatives.”
