Mumbai: BMC soon to install sanitary pad vending machines at public toilets

The idea of the sanitary vending machine was presented by Dr Saeeda Khan, an NCP corporator from L ward (Kurla), keeping in mind the deplorable conditions of public toilets across Mumbai. This proposal has now made its way to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s (BMC’s) standing committee where will be debated upon.
