Convert ambulances into mobile dispensaries, Mumbai doc writes to CM

Along with treating people at railway stations, Mumbai’s ‘One Rupee Clinic’ has come up with a new plan to help treat pedestrians. A proposal has been sent to the state government to convert the ‘108’ emergency service ambulances run by the state to mobile dispensary vans.
