In a written reply to the Lok Sabha, Anupriya Patel, Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare said there is a proposal to prohibit the import of the oxytocin and its formulations for human use and also to regulate and restrict the oxytocin formulations for human use, the government has considered a proposal.
