Maha: 20 doctors with bogus degrees suspended

The Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) has suspended 20 doctors across the state, for submitting fake documents for obtaining additional qualification registration. According to MMC officials, 70 to 100 odd doctors are still on the radar. The MMC had earlier received several numbers of complaints about the bogus doctors. Dog bite has become a grave issue in Mumbai. The number of patients suffering from dog bite in BMC clinics is going up.
