Kalyan: Fortis Hospital teaches 100 auto drivers basic life support skills

Fortis Hospital, Kalyan in association with rotary club organizes basic life support training and a health check-up for over 100 auto rickshaw drivers. Of those screened, 9 per cent auto drivers suffered from high blood pressure and 15 per cent suffered from high blood sugar, for which they had never sought treatment

Jeet Mahadik, a 10-year-old boy was returning home after giving his exam, when a shocking incident happened. Jeet slipped from the stairs and fell down due to which his tongue was caught between his teeth and suffered a dip cut on his tongue. This resulted into continuous bleeding.
