State government changes its earlier stand; now doctors who earned their degrees since 2011 from state/municipal corporation-run medical colleges will have to submit their bond-free certificate to renew the registration. In failing to do so, the registration of the doctors wouldn’t have been renewed and such doctors would have been treated as bogus doctors
