“I work out for 6 days a week. I make sure I hit the gym early in the morning, so that I feel energised throughout the day. My fitness routine involves Pilates which I do four times a week supplemented by cardio-walking on other days. Pilates focuses on core strength, flexibility and toning. It has improved my balance and coordination and has given me a leaner look,” said Shroff.

Shroff,  who aims to be fit, till her last breath, makes sure that she follows a healthy and a well-balanced diet. “In the morning, I have apple cider vinegar with warm water (it helps in reducing insulin levels and managing weight). My breakfast consists of two egg whites, whole wheat toast and coffee without sugar. Lunch consists of jowar roti, veggies and daal. My snack consists of  banana, muesli and yogurt smoothie. In the evening, I drink a cup coffee with a handful of almonds. Dinner consists of jowar roti, veggies and salad,” informed Shroff.
