Nashik: Car collides with State Transport bus, six killed 

The fatal accident took place around 40 kilometres from Nashik, Maharashtra. Six passengers have lost the lives due to the mishap, while ten have been injured. The condition of the injured passengers is said to be stable

Nashik: Car collides with State Transport bus, six killed

The accident occurred around 12 noon on Saturday, June 23 on the Mumbai-Agra highway.

The car was coming from Satana to Nashik, a tire burst causing it to collide with the State Transport bus, which was on the opposite side of the road. Around 16 passengers were travelling in the car.

While speaking to My Medical Mantra, PRO of Nashik Rural Police, Police Inspector Hemant Patil said, “The accident took place around 12 noon today. Six people have died on the spot of the accident, whereas 10 passengers have been injured. The injured have been sent to Nashik Civil Hospital for further treatment. The passengers were en route to Nashik to attend a wedding.”
