Around 19 hours since the Mumbai building collapse, a lady named Hamilabano Mohammad Ishida has been saved, after she was rescued from the rubble that she was trapped under. She was rescued by the fire brigade, early on Wednesday morning

Hamilabano, a 35-year-old woman, had come to Mumbai two months ago with her sons, Arbaaz and Shezhad. Her husband works in Mumbai, so she came to stay with him as the children had school holidays.

On Tuesday morning, when the building collapse, her husband had already left for work, she and both her sons were inside the building as it came crashing down. While speaking to My Medical Mantra, her brother-in-law Mohammad Sabir, said, “When we reached the site of the crash, there was complete chaos. We tried to locate my sister-in-law and nephews.”

He further informed, “Around 5:30 am on Wednesday morning, the fire brigade personnel spotted all three of them trapped under the rubble. My sister-in-law has survived but my nephews have lost their lives.”

Sabir added, “My sister-in-law and nephews, live at her native place and as the children had school holidays they had come to Mumbai to spend some time with their father. But their picnic proved to be fatal for them.”
