- Sir JJ Group of Hospital is looking forward to signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Israel government
- The MoU will be signed for the exchange of medical facilities and research in the health sector
A team of doctors from Sir JJ Group of Hospitals met Israel’s Consulate General of Mr Yaakov Finkelstein in Mumbai. The team discussed various issues including how state-of-the-art medical care can be provided to the patients who seek treatment in government-run medical colleges and hospitals.
While speaking to My Medical Mantra Dr Ajay Chandanwale, Dean, Sir JJ Group of Hospital, said, “We are discussing to sign an MoU with Israel to provide advanced medical care to the patients. Patients seeking treatment in government-run hospitals should be given the best possible healthcare facilities.”
He added, “We deliberated upon how we can provide these medical facilities to the patients. We have also discussed the availability of state-of-the-art machinery and technology for the patients.”
Doctors who were part of the team stated, the MOU has not yet been signed with Israel. But, the decision will be taken after taking into account all the factors and feasibility.
