- On Friday, Indrani Mukerjea, former media tycoon and prime accused in Sheena Bora murder case, was admitted to Mumbai’s state-run JJ Group of Hospitals after she complained of chest pain.
- Indrani has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of JJ hospital and reported to be stable.
- Doctors have evaluated her condition and said they would discharge her in a couple of days.
- Indrani Mukerjea, ex-media executive and prime accused in Sheena Bora murder case, was admitted in ICU of the state-run JJ Group of Hospitals on Friday late evening.
On Saturday, doctors treating Indrani say they are evaluating her, and she is stable now.
While speaking to the press, Dr Sudhir Nanandkar, Dean of Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, said, “Indrani Mukerjea complained of chest pain. We are evaluating her condition. She will be discharged in a day or two, till then she will be in the hospital.”
In last two months, this is the second time Indrani has been admitted to a hospital.
Currently lodged in Mumbai’s Byculla jail, Indrani is an accused in her daughter, Sheena Bora murder case of 2012.
